The Gameplay Express Mobile Video Game Theater requires approximately 9’ x 60’, reserved with cones or some kind of markers and also a clearing of about 12’ in height. We prefer to be able to pull up on the street next to the curb. Make sure the parking area is flat as possible and not on a hill. Please, no parallel parking. If we need to inspect the location prior to the day of the event please let us know and we will check it out.

Gameplay Express Mobile Video Game Theater is self-powered, climate-controlled and entertains groups of players on multiple gaming stations; equipped with current generation consoles, large High-Definition, 3D-Ready screens and Surround Sound. A GameGuide will manage all the gaming activities, so everyone can enjoy the event with family and friends.

The parents can relax and enjoy the party without having to worry about a party going on inside their home. Parents usually participate and play games or spectate. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets to play and have a good time including the parents.

Fun is our top priority, but appropriate game content is just as important. Our library of games can be customized to any age group or content level you prefer. Prior to our arrival, a company representative will discuss game content with you and help you determine (if necessary) what games will be restricted from play during the event. If there are no restrictions on game content, make sure that both parents and the younger guests are aware that there may be some content that might not be suitable for listening or viewing. However, you have the final say in what is appropriate. If you have any questions about game ratings visit the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) website at www.esrb.org for the most accurate information.

The technology is an option on our interior gaming stations. It is recommended that you take frequent breaks from watching 3D content. In some cases it seems to cause some eye strain, slight headaches and dizziness. If you start to feel uneasy watching 3D content, remove the glasses and just ask the GameGuide to change it to regular viewing.

Reschedule, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Reschedule with less than 14 calendar days of the original date and a rescheduling fee may apply.

2. Rescheduling and cancellations will only be accepted by the original purchaser and will not be accepted by any other person(s).

3. Cancellations with more than 35 calendar days of the scheduled event will receive a 100% full refund of the original purchase.

4. Cancellations with less than 35 calendar days of the scheduled event will be refunded up to 50% of the intended purchased amount.

5. If the original purchaser or associated person(s) is not at the designated location and does not arrive within 30 minutes after the scheduled time, Gameplay Express reserves the right to vacate the contracted site and render all services performed without refund. Delay’s will be considered as running time of the scheduled event.

6. The intention is to arrive about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Due to unforeseen events such as unexpected traffic, Gameplay Express reserves the right to arrive up to 45 minutes after the scheduled start time without issuing a refund. Any duration beyond 45 minutes will be refunded up to 25% of the original purchase with continuation.

7. There will be no refunds for services performed in full or partial.

8. If hazardous weather conditions prevent services from being performed before or during scheduled event times, Gameplay Express, Inc. reserves the right to delay or reschedule your service without refund to preserve the safety of guests, staff and equipment.

9. Total equipment failure will result in a refund and credit to the purchaser.

WEATHER ADVISORY: The exterior game stations will not be available during unfavorable weather conditions. All operations will be delayed or rescheduled in the event of hazardous weather conditions.

Video games are created for everyone but is determined by the ESRB as to what age range a game is best suited. The teens and adults prefer playing the more [T] teen and [M] mature rated games. Kids as young as seven, older adults and senior citizens typically enjoy the games rated [E] for everyone.

Gameplay Express features current generation video game consoles and over forty multiplayer titles with our selection growing every month with new releases.  The selection is based on a variety of reputable website reviews, play tests and/or personal favorites. A popular “single player only” game is not likely to be available. What works exceptionally well is the games that emphasize multiplayer, quick play, fast action, and may or may not have arcade like qualities. The interior of the Gameplay Express Mobile Video Game Theater is climate controlled, so we can accommodate in mild inclement weather conditions. We are usually able to perform our services any time of the year; however, if we are not able to provide our services before or during the event due to unexpected and severe, weather conditions and storm warnings [flooding, heavy rain, thunder, lighting storm, tornado, hurricane, tropical storm, high winds, icy road conditions, etc.] we may (and reserve the right to) delay or reschedule your service to preserve the safety of our staff, equipment and especially you and your guests.

Minimal supervision is required for the event depending on the average age of the guests. One adult needs to be within proximity of the event location for every four children under 13 and or every eight teenagers present within or near the game trailer.

Each Gameplay Express Mobile Video Game Theater is managed and operated by a trained GameGuide who is responsible for making sure everyone gets a chance to play and for exchanging games for systems. A Gameplay Express representative will be present at all times.

Each Mobile Gaming Theater is self-powered by an on-board generator.

No, food and/or beverages are not allowed inside. However, it is OK to set up a table with food and/or beverages at least 5’ from the mobile video game theater.
